Shark Head Muscle Man ZBrush Sculpture

I created this using the new Dynamesh feature in ZBrush 4r2. It was incredibly easy to go from a stock mannequin to a highly detailed mesh without having to worry about topology. The only downside that I can see is that you are forced to work at high density and sacrifice your lower subdivision levels. This leaves your work farely useless for animation purposes, external rendering or even posing your model in ZBrush. However, if your intent is to just create static sculpture in ZBrush, this is a great way to focus purely on the art and not have to worry about the technical hurdles of 3D modeling.
